We had a great time dressing up as Star Wars characters this year. We have Padme, Storm Trooper, Darth Vader, Yoda, Obi Wan Kenobi, Princess Leia, and Darth Maul. It was pretty fun.

We had a great time at the Trunk or Treat and the kids got a lot of candy!
On Halloween, I made a big pot of Potato soup and invited the gang over. We loaded everyone up and went around the neighborhood. There were more kids out this year and it was so fun to go in a group.
Since many houses didn't have their porch lights on, the kids climbed into the wagon inbetween houses.
It was a good little work out for Mama to pull such a loaded wagon but it was well worth it.

One house had a security door, and the two dogs inside saw our dogs outside. The man knew we had dogs outside, but still tried to slip out with the candy bowl. As soon as the door opened, a Black lab came running out and straight for our pack. It tried to bite Shiloh and Elliot had to kick it in the stomach to get it to back off. It kept coming back for more, so it got kicked a few more times. The dogs were snarling and showing teeth, but everyone ended up ok. The man literally dragged the dog into the house. Once all was silent, Blake said, "I put the candy you dropped in my bucket." It made for a great laughed.

Great costumes! You look great Kelli. I keep waiting for the day when I will get into Halloween again and dress up. It always looks so fun!
